This workshop will include learning what constitutes change, how it is perceived differently by different people and ways to adapt that will facilitate change being a positive experience.  Specific ideas related to creating relevancy will be explored from both the perspective of staff and management. 

> Understand how the HR Director’s response to change affects the employees of an organization.
> How the HR Director can best communicate the necessity of change.
> Learn techniques to encourage and persuade HR Directors and staff members to embrace change.


Julie Ann Sullivan is passionate about teaching others to live a better, stronger and happier life. Incorporating her own life experiences, she engages participants with unique, useful, and uncomplicated techniques that they can immediately implement into their daily lives. Using an empathetic style of leadership, she encourages open interaction and participation among the members of her audience. Julie Ann believes she has an exceptional gift to help others realize their potential and guide them to create a more successful and joyful life. Never wanting to stop learning, she recently completed a course to become a Certified Laughter Leader.
