This workshop will include learning about different types of listening.  We will delve into what constitutes productive and destructive listening habits.  The “Art of Response” will be integrated into the discussion.  The information will be used to discuss the importance of these practices inside the office as well as with clients and customers.

  • How to identify appropriate types of listening for specific situations and environments
  • Best practices for responding to an organization’s varied workforce
  • How to accentuate positive, and repair ineffectual, patterns of communication


Julie Ann Sullivan
